Refer a Venue. Earn Your Chance to Win.

For every venue you refer to Patronscan, you’ll earn ballots into our prize draw. The more you refer, the more chances you have to win.

Do you know a bar, club, or retail that would benefit from stronger ID verification?

It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us make nightlife and retail safer.

🎉 Prize: Travel and Accommodations for two to Las Vegas, Nevada! 🎉

Contest closes 11:59pm MST, January 31, 2026.

How It Works

  1. Submit a referral
Fill out the form with your details and the venue you’re referring.
Each referral = 1 ballot in the draw.

  2. Earn bonus entries for successful referrals
If your referral becomes a Patronscan customer, you’ll receive 5 additional ballots for that venue.

  3. No limit to how many you can refer
Each new venue you refer is another chance (or several chances) to win.

Example:
Refer 3 venues → 3 ballots.
If 2 of them become Patronscan customers → +10 bonus ballots.
That’s 13 total entries in the draw.

Who Can You Refer?

You can refer any:

  • Bar
  • Nightclub
  • Casino
  • Event venue
  • Hospitality group
  • Liquor Store
  • Age-Gated Retail
  • Car Dealership
  • Security Company

That isn't already working with Patronscan.

If they care about safety, compliance, and smoother operations, they’re a great fit.

Fine Print

  • Each eligible referral you submit = 1 ballot in the Patronscan referral prize draw.

  • If a referred venue becomes a Patronscan customer, you earn 5 additional ballots for that successful referral.

  • A “successful referral” is defined as a new venue that signs up as a Patronscan customer during the contest period.

  • Existing Patronscan customers and current opportunities do not count as new referrals.

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all valid ballot entries after the contest closes.

  • Prize is travel and accommodations to Las Vegas, Nevada, for two people.

  • Contest closes 11:59pm MST, January 31, 2026.
